I wonder what it is she could be brave enough to walk through - to drink - but not to get her clothes dirty with. I'm sure you know by now - that the realism is astounding. But, married with the simple, whimsical backgrounds, it stands out even more. I do like this version better than the other one, though. I'm not sure why, it might be the gold leaf. The extra media gives it a 'kick', I guess.

your work is absolutely stunning, you have such a different interpretation of composition and your technical skills are immaculate, but i was just wondering, do you not like to paint faces? it seems like in every one of your portraits the face is either obscured or covered up, i dunno, it was just an observation, not a bad thing at all, i was just curious :)

Well done you're going to go somewhere in art buisness. Maybe sell your paintings to museams:P? Become famous. Whatever you decide to do at least you know you have a talent, you're good at it. Use it.

She drank from that cup, beneath indigo coy whisping near her hair, and she looked at the stars. She couldn't help but think to herself, "Here I have size, but from there I must seem so small."

Gold ran through her.
